Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor through insight-driven conversations
- Maintain and grow recurring revenue through renewals, win-back initiatives, and cross-sell / up-sell opportunities
- Proactively develop new business within existing and defined prospect accounts in close collaboration with Solutions Sales
- Protect existing revenue through regular account management and reviews, identifying churn risk early
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, contracting, approvals, and stakeholder alignment
- Manage a strong and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring reliable forecasting and high CRM data quality
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years of field sales experience or 5+ years in a senior Inside Sales / Relationship Management role
- Proven success in structured, value-based sales approaches such as MEDDICC, including opportunity qualification and deal progression
- Strong ability to identify economic buyers, decision processes, decision criteria, and quantified business outcomes
- Consultative and analytical mindset with the ability to assess client business, organizational, and technology environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a global corporate environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), professional sales methodologies, Microsoft Office, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
