Sales Support (Apprentice)

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen databases received from the pre-sales team to identify relevant prospects such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads, and other decision-makers using various sources including client websites, internet research, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects, provide a brief overview of the company’s products/services, and schedule meetings for the assigned Sales Associates - Fixing up 6 meetings per day by making minimum 60-70 calls per day.
- Generate leads through multiple channels such as online research, LinkedIn outreach, industry directories, email campaigns, references, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
- Demonstrate prior experience in setting up meetings by contacting prospects, especially from large corporates and SMEs.
- Possess strong client-handling capabilities along with excellent communication skills and effective telephonic probing techniques.
- Schedule meetings with the relevant stakeholders and maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure engagement.
- Prepare and share daily call status/MIS reports with the team, including details of clients contacted, new companies added to the database, and daily calling sheets in the prescribed format.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to use tools such as LinkedIn, Google Search, and other web resources to build contact lists for outreach
