Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a research expert and resource for internal/external customers
- Investigate/adjudicated/conduct investigations across internal and external systems
- Act as a liaison between key business representative on major managed and data stewardship relationships
- Contribute to and execute key performance metrics, monitor process and make data driven recommendation to improve performance
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience within customer support
- Ability to work independently and diverse team in a dynamic environment, as part of a global team while managing multi priorities
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines and KPIs
- Excellent organization, decision-making, analytical skills
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight
