People Operations Associate (R-18918)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain employee databases
- Generate HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, and workforce metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Manage employee benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, leave policies)
- Resolve employee payroll and benefits queries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Maintain statutory documentation and support audits when required
- Implement and update HR policies and SOPs
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes
- Support HR automation and digital HR initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR operational queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS tools, workday preferable
- Understanding of payroll processes and labor laws
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
