Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on testing of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product catalogs, pricing and discount scenarios, approval workflows, quote templates, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Execute functional, system, regression, and integration testing across SFDC environments.
- Validate integrations involving REST and SOAP APIs and downstream systems.
- Design, write, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools and frameworks.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or automated scripts.
- Participate in release management activities, including regression cycles, feature validation, and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.
- Track, document, and manage defects using test management and defect tracking tools within Agile delivery models.
- Proactively drives quality through collaboration, process improvement, innovative thinking, root cause analysis and experience.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of total Quality Assurance experience, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ testing.
- Strong experience in functional testing and test case design for SFDC-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ components, including product catalogs, pricing and discount scenarios, approval workflows, quote templates, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Tosca, and robotic testing frameworks.
- Experience performing REST and SOAP API testing using Postman and/or automated scripts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Quality Assurance, development, and business teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
