Technical Customer Implementation Specialist (R-19026)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the defined standard support program for customers implementing D&B’s API supported products. The standard support is inclusive of working directly with the customer to review and offer guidance of the customer’s proposed architecture, business & technical requirements, API calls and QA processes.
- Supports the customer with issue resolution until Go-Live and/or until the end of the Stabilization phase. Answers detailed customer questions on available request/response of API calls and best practice/recommendations.
- Provide solution architecture support to customers, including making modification or creating from scratch architectural solution documents by using industry standard tools.
- Coordinates across the appropriate resources both within D&B and at the customer to overcome technical challenges, manage/mitigate risks and ensure the customers’ successful implementation of D&B’s API supported products.
- Document and track the progress of the implementation along with the issues that are being managed using D&B’s standard procedures and systems.
- Act as a product expert, understanding all facets of the products to help customers execute their projects to best practices.
- Support the customer with product training and demos to audiences of varying business and technical backgrounds.
- Partners cross functionally to improve the implementation process, inform the product roadmap or create efficiencies within the team.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business information systems or related discipline.
- At least 8 years’ experience in defining and building functional solution architectures that involve multi-layered, distributed systems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure.
- Experience in collecting and documenting requirements in formats such as user stories & use cases.
- Familiar with designing and implementing distributed systems using methodologies such as UML, RUP, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Possess broad knowledge of technologies and frameworks such as Java (Spring, Eclipse), .NET, XML, XML Schema, SQL, JSON, JSON Schema, SOAP, REST, & HTML
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the content to suit the audience.
- Results-oriented individual, able to handle multiple and/or complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
