Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Technical D&A Operations is responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and drive value through data‑driven decision‑making. This role contributes to revenue generation and operational efficiency by implementing analytical findings and improving data quality, processes, and products.
The position supports Global People Data tools and the broader data supply chain by proactively identifying data issues, monitoring quality metrics, and ensuring data integrity before issues become customer‑facing. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams and operates within agile environments to deliver high‑impact analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new analytical initiatives from ideation through proof of concept and impact assessment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure business continuity and data reliability.
• Operate as a member of one or more agile teams, following lean principles and SCRUM methodology.
• Collect, organize, integrate, and deliver large datasets from multiple data sources and platforms.
• Provide technical expertise across the analytics lifecycle, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Review and test datasets to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Identify and lead continuous improvements in data collection, processing, and delivery through innovative approaches.
• Develop and enhance data storytelling and insights for presentations to group leadership.
• Proactively analyze and troubleshoot data issues, assess impact, escalate appropriately, and support resolution efforts.
• Use and develop database query and visualization tools to investigate data anomalies, platform issues, and events.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on data compilation, analysis, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Contribute to modernizing analytical processes, driving efficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years of hands‑on big data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, NumPy, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with data platforms such as Redshift, Databricks, or comparable technologies.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into meaningful business outcomes.
• Experience presenting analytical findings and recommended actions to leadership and stakeholders.
