Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand short and long-term business requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Lead complex and high value sourcing initiatives, including supplier strategy, deal structuring, and negotiation approach.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on sourcing options, supplier selection, commercial models, and contractual considerations.
  • Influence decision making through fact-based recommendations, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and execute multi‑year category strategies aligned with business priorities, demand forecasts, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct advanced spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market assessments to identify cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation opportunities.
  • Identify and drive demand management, supplier consolidation, and value creation initiatives across assigned categories.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • Design and execute negotiation strategies for pricing, commercial terms, service levels, renewals, and exit strategies.
  • Ensure sourcing decisions reflect total cost of ownership, service quality, financial stability, sustainability, and strategic fit.
  • Establish and manage supplier performance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and governance models
  • Lead supplier business reviews and drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Identify supplier, operational, financial, and contractual risks and develop mitigation plans in partnership with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations, amendments, renewals, and termination strategies in collaboration with Legal.
  • Ensure sourcing documentation, approvals, and audit requirements are met and maintained.
  • Track and report sourcing outcomes, savings realization, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing trackers, dashboards, and work‑in‑progress reporting.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of sourcing processes, tools, templates, and governance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 8 -10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
  • Proven experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing high value, multiyear contracts and strategic supplier relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis and total cost modeling.
  • Executive level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and sourcing/contract management systems.
