The SMB Key Account Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The SMB Key Account Manager brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate D&B products.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client relationship and monthly, quarterly, and annual targets proactively.
• Sell and promote D&B Service to Finance, sales, marketing department for achieving the assigned quota objectives.
• Coordinating with customer service team, product management and operation team
• Ability to complete PowerPoint for client presentation
• Other tasks assigned by leader/supervisor/manager.
Requirements
• Experience in SaaS related solutions sales would be plus.
• Good command in English is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Be responsible and be able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey recommendations and solutions to clients.
