The Senior Associate System Engineer – SharePoint & Power Platform supports the delivery, operation, and ongoing enhancement of Dun & Bradstreet’s corporate intranet and collaboration platforms. This role focuses on supporting modern SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions that enable secure, scalable, and user-friendly intranet experiences across the organization.
The Senior Associate System Engineer – SharePoint & Power Platform responsibilities includes creating and configuring SharePoint sites and pages using established templates, supporting content updates and publishing activities, developing and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and managing permissions in alignment with governance standards.
The engineer partners with business users, content owners, and design teams to address day-to-day intranet needs, including the use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce visual assets and instructional videos that enhance adoption. Through consistent platform support, strong operational execution, and adherence to intranet best practices, the role contributes to a reliable, well-governed, and engaging digital workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and configuration of SharePoint Online sites, project spaces, and intranet pages using standardized templates
Provide day-to-day support for the corporate intranet, including troubleshooting publishing, layout, and content deployment issues
Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows to support intranet and business processes
Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate access
Support ongoing content updates, usability improvements, and design enhancements across intranet sites
Respond to new site and project space requests, ensuring alignment with intranet governance standards
Collaborate with content owners and designers, leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud assets such as images, banners, and visual components
Delivering training and guidance to site owners and authors on intranet best practices, permissions, and site management
Create short help videos and instructional content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Express, Premiere, or similar) to support intranet adoption
Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and user guides
Support intranet operations through site audits, cleanup activities, and modernization efforts
Essential Skills Needed:
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including modern sites, pages, lists, libraries, and permissions
Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows
Experience integrating SharePoint data with Power BI reports and dashboards
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Viva)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools for intranet-related assets (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Shell
Ability to support governance, security, and compliance standards within collaboration platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and content owners
Show an ownership mindset in daily work; demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, and a continuous learning approach in support of a high-quality intranet experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
