Designation: Executive Finance (Partner's Payroll)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Business unit: Finance
SBU: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor and customer balance reconciliations.
  • Assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income‑tax regulations, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and insights to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, procurement, and sales) to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and finance policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on finance‑related matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related functional roles.
  • Prior exposure to a corporate finance environment or shared services setup is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, professional mindset.
  • Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Experience in MIS preparation and management reporting.
  • Exposure to audit coordination, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation.
