The Role:

The Accuracy Testing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of research operations within Data Quality Insights. This role provides direct supervision to Accuracy Research Analysts across multiple levels and is accountable for ensuring research work is completed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with documented standards, quality controls, and audit expectations.
The Supervisor ensures operational alignment between research execution, quality control, and leadership priorities, while managing workload distribution, performance, and escalation of operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

    Operations Management:
    • Supervise daily Accuracy Testing research activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
    • Allocate and prioritize work across research analysts based on test complexity, risk level, and analyst capability.
    • Monitor operational metrics such as throughput, backlog, and quality trends to ensure performance expectations are met.
    • Ensure adherence to documented research instructions, source requirements, and documentation standards.
    • Quality & Risk Oversight:
      • Serve as the first line of accountability for research quality and consistency.
      • Partner with Quality Control to address error trends, escalation patterns, and calibration needs.
      • Identify and proactively escalate operational risks that may impact audit outcomes or data integrity.
      • Ensure high‑judgment or high‑risk research is assigned to appropriately skilled and leveled analysts.
      • People Leadership:
        • Act as the primary operational point of contact for Accuracy Testing research within Data Quality Insights.
        • Communicate operational status, risks, and trends to management clearly and consistently.
        • Partner with senior research analysts and leads to resolve complex or escalated research cases.
        • Support audit preparation, inquiries, and remediation activities related to research operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising operational teams in research, data quality, verification, or compliance‑exposed environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, escalation management, and audit sensitivity.
  • Proven ability to manage employees across multiple skill and experience levels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
