The Role:
The Senior-Lead Accuracy Research Analyst performs high‑judgment, high‑risk Accuracy Testing research and provides subject‑matter expertise for complex business identity and governance‑related data. The lead analyst serves as the highest research escalation point and key partner to Data Quality Insights leadership. This role is critical to ensuring audit‑defensible outcomes and reducing risk associated with misapplied sources or incorrect research judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute complex Accuracy Testing research involving business identity, entity relationships, governance roles, and registry‑based verification.
    • Provide functional oversight and subject‑matter leadership for Accuracy Testing research domains.
    • Interpret and reconcile conflicting or market‑specific authoritative sources.
    • Support Quality Control by providing second‑level research expertise on difficult cases.
    • Mentor and coach other analysts on judgment‑driven research scenarios.
    • Identify recurring research risks and contribute to improvements in research guidance and standards.
    • Serves as a subject‑matter expert across Research, Quality Control, and Audit functions.
    • Directly reduces audit risk by ensuring complex research is accurate, consistent, and defensible.

Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in complex research, entity verification, or governance‑related analysis.
    • Deep familiarity with registries, corporate records, and authoritative data sources.
    • Demonstrated ability to explain and defend research decisions clearly.
