About the opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Working Student to support us in driving our Product Growth. As a Product Growth Working Student, you will be engaging with one of our biggest accounts and have a real impact in our operations. Your tasks will include:

• Engaging with Merchants: Proactively reach out to merchants to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our product.

• Collecting Feedback: Document and analyze merchant feedback to provide insights to the Product and Operations teams for continuous improvement.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

• Gathering product expertise: Become an expert in our product to effectively generate and sustain customer interest.

Requirements

• German speaking

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters in Business or related field

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in SaaS sales is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Based in Berlin
