About the opportunity

We are looking for Founders Associate, based in Berlin or remote, to work closely with our founders and leadership team in managing and prioritizing both strategic and operational initiatives. In this role, you will support key organizational processes, help drive internal and external communications, and ensure smooth operations as we continue to grow. This role offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of our business, and you will play a critical part in enabling the leadership team to operate efficiently and focus on strategic initiatives.

In this role you will:

• Partner with the founders and leadership team to set and implement our company’s priorities.

• Collaborate with the leadership team on internal organizational projects, ensuring successful execution and follow-through.

• Own and drive organizational processes such as company planning, company-wide touchpoints

• Take full ownership of special projects, launching new initiatives from the ground up and seeing them through from idea to execution.

• Manage internal communications to ensure alignment across the organization on goals and objectives.

• Act as a key point of contact for investor communications, helping prepare updates, reports, and presentations.

• Support the creation of strategic documents and recommendations to help guide decision-making processes.

• Ensure organizational health by fostering a culture of efficiency and clarity in all operational activities.

What you need to be successful:

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft clear messages for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing complex information and presenting clear recommendations.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of follow-through.

• Passion for the tech industry and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
