About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to help us put finmid on the map as Europe’s go-to embedded lending platform. This is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll drive high-impact growth and marketing initiatives, learn fast, and help build the next category-defining B2B fintech brand from the ground up.

This internship prepares you for successfully transitioning into a full-time role at finmid.

In this role, you will

• Own: Own growth and marketing initiatives end-to-end across areas such as content, brand, analytics, partnerships, and experimentation; from idea to execution to iteration, with clear goals and measurable impact.

• Create: Develop creative content and campaign ideas, and design growth experiments across channels, messaging, and formats. Execute hands-on, test fast, and iterate based on results.

• Analyse: Track and analyse performance data, and present learnings to leadership to inform future strategy.

• Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Design, Customer Success, and founders to deliver aligned and high-quality initiatives.

• Learn: Build a broad skill set across growth strategy, content and campaign execution, analytics, experimentation, and tools in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

What you’ll need to rock this

• A Bachelor’s degree (or close to completing one)

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

• A self-starter mindset with a drive to learn fast and get things done

• Creativity and curiosity about how to grow a brand from 0 to 1

• Structured thinking and clear written communication

• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to figure things out in a fast-moving environment

• Bonus: first experience in growth, marketing, or high-growth startups

Internship details

• Location: Berlin or remote (ability to relocate to Berlin at the start is a plus)

• Duration: 6 months, full-time

• Start: mid-February/March

• Full-time potential: This internship prepares you for an impactful full-time role at finmid. We extend offers to the strongest performers.
