About the role

We are looking for an experienced product marketer to help expand FintechOS’ mission across verticals and use cases. You will lead product marketing for FintechOS and work with teams across marketing and sales to share insights, create alignment and ensure we sell the right product to the right audience. You will also work with Product to ensure our roadmap is aligned to our buyers’ evolving needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build a deep understanding of our customers’ pains and needs, the market, vertical markets and the competition across banking and insurance and all the regions in which FintechOS does business
  • Lead interactions with analysts, take part in briefings and inquiries
  • Define highest-fit use cases, target segments, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and value propositions and use them to build repeatable sales and marketing motions
  • Validate hypotheses through customer interviews, data analysis, and testing
  • Create Go-To-Market strategies and plans, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business (regional marketing directors, sales, pre-sales, professional services, product management)
  • Develop effective materials and tools to support the sales process
  • Manage and create content to support go-to-market plans and campaigns including whitepapers, presentations, guides, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, e-books, infographics, webinars, data sheets, and more
  • Locate industry trends, competitive activities, and market changes to provide input that helps improve the FintechOS platform and its positioning
  • Work with sales and product management team to uncover new markets, scenarios and use cases, define new offers and influence roadmap decisions

What you’ll have:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in B2B product marketing within the banking or insurance industry and/or vertical/solution marketing experience in platform products
  • Relevant experience positioning, messaging and marketing complex platform products
  • You understand the technology landscape and can leverage market, customer and competitive insights to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • You are able to drive product launches and formulate B2B go-to-market strategies.
  • You bring a strategic mindset and pragmatic attitude - the ability to translate ideas into action, manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, while demonstrating flexibility and creativity.
  • You are a strong communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate alignment between teams, and you are a team player.
