We're looking for a Solution Architect to design enterprise architecture solutions, lead teams, and ensure projects' success.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture solutions that will fit into long-term business objectives.
• Lead architectural reviews and work with business leaders to manage business risks created by the use of technology.
• Act as technical liaison between management, product, business and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform design, debugging, & performance analysis on solutions
• Champion significant projects and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
• Reduce technical risk by participating in proof-of-concept work.
• Establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical staff to generate common understanding and relate their challenges to platform development strategy.
• Participate in deep architectural and requirement analysis discussions to build client confidence and ensure success in building new and migrating existing applications, software and services onto the FintechOS Platform.
• Capture and share best practices with FintechOS Platform adopters.
• Guide the development of application code and ensure adherence to architectural standards & best practices
• Design data models & integration approaches to ensure data consistency, quality & security across different banking systems
• Develop and deliver presentations and demos to clients

Skills

Must have

• Proven design & implementation experience with large-scale systems for enterprise-wide use.
• Communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with management, product/business stakeholders and developers.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as nodeJS, Java, C#, Python, Go, etc.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Ability to distil key technical challenges from business requirements and outline possible solutions.
• Experience in client-facing roles as the main point of contact
• Understanding of the core concepts of front-end & back-end solutions
• Familiar with Rest APIs and Microservices Architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data modelling, data integration and data governance skills

Nice to have

• Network architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience in building secure services using Public Cloud technologies.
