About the Role:

We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Sales Director to join our dynamic team and drive growth across the U.S. market. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with our first system integrator (SI) and vendor partners in the U.S.
  • Taking full ownership of revenue generation through partnership sales across the U.S.
  • Leading all partnership activities with the support of the FintechOS team to generate new revenue from both existing customers and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales Managers on partner-driven opportunities.
  • Working with regional pre-sales, customer success, and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Managing primary relationships with third-party vendor partners and coordinating internal support resources to empower them.
  • Being measured on successfully forming initial partnerships and achieving targeted revenue goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level decision-makers at Tier 1 and 2 banking and insurance companies.
  • Proven ability to develop business across multiple regions in the U.S.
  • A track record of exceeding seven-figure sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of building revenue opportunities through a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in formal sales training.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work.
