About the Role

The Director of Solution Strategy will lead the charge in shaping and executing FintechOS's architectural and technology strategies to address the complex challenges of financial services transformation. As a senior leader, you will align FintechOS solutions with customer objectives, ensuring scalable, innovative, and future-ready implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal teams, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while driving the adoption of FintechOS across industries.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Solution Strategy, you will:

• Strategize and Architect Solutions
  • Design and oversee enterprise-level solutions aligned with clients' long-term business objectives and FintechOS platform capabilities.
  • Develop and advocate for solution strategies that align with customers’ technical and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards, data security, and best practices.
• Leadership and Collaboration
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams (product, management, engineering) and external stakeholders (clients, partners).
  • Collaborate with senior client leaders to define and manage risks associated with technology decisions.
• Client Enablement
  • Lead architectural and requirement analysis sessions, ensuring client confidence in proposed solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept to articulate FintechOS’s value proposition.
  • Partner with clients to capture and implement fintech best practices, optimizing adoption of the FintechOS platform.
• Innovation and Expertise
  • Identify emerging trends in technology and financial services to influence product roadmaps and customer strategies.
  • Design scalable data models and integration frameworks to maintain data consistency and security.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to internal and client teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Skills and Experience

Must-Have

• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions, preferably in financial services.
• Deep understanding of modern programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, C#, Python, Go).
• Expertise in software engineering principles, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong client-facing experience, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and governance in enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
• Experience in enterprise architectures within the financial services industry (banking, insurance, fintech).
