A little bit about Flanks

Flanks is a Barcelona-based fintech company focused on wealth management services. Its main product is a SaaS solution that helps financial advisors, family offices and other institutions to have a holistic view of their clients’ financial assets while using the latest scraping technology. We’re currently building the benchmark in the OpenWealth industry, and so far we managed to have compatibility with over 300 national and international entities, with a 95% coverage of main financial entities in Europe.

We have already more than 300,000 aggregated portfolios spread across different entities and have positioned our business at break-even in less than a year. In August 2021, Flanks raised €2.3 million in an investment round led by JME Ventures and SeedRocket 4Founders Capital. And a significant €7.5 million in August 2023, led by EarlyBird Venture capital, demonstrating confidence in our vision and capabilities.

We have more than 100 clients around the world, are pioneers in our market in Spain and will be growing faster in Europe in the next few months and years. About the role

As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing team, other Flanks´ teams and third-party agencies, to implement various marketing strategies and activities across multiple channels. Some key responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the mkt team to effectively implementate the brand transition, ensuring brand consistency across all our online and offline channels.

- Assist on the implementation of several brand and marketing data-driven strategies aligned with our company's objectives and resonating with our target audience.

- Work on improving and efficiently existing marketing channels and materials as social media, website, blog, presentations.

- Assist to develop new marketing channels such us Events, PR, Newsletter to strengthen brand positioning in our key markets and take our brand to the next level!

- Create content for our different channels implementing our unique tone of voice.

- Assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities.

- Map competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices.

- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and email.

      Things we'd love to see on you

        • Experience working in several online and offline marketing channels such as industry and owned Events, Social media, PR and communications, with a track record of successfully participating on impactful campaigns and initiatives.
        • Experience in B2B companies and startups (tech, fintech) is desirable
        • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
        • Experience managin Social media platforms, Google analytics, CRM / MKT automation tools.
        • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
        • A creative, curious and proactive mindset, with a passion for learning about different marketing channels and strategies and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
        • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
        • Prior experience or coursework in marketing analytics or data analysis is a plus but not required.
        • You live in Barcelona City and/or close enough to work at the office twice/three times a week. Living in Spain is a mandatory requirement, and a non-negotiable requirement. Likewise, we can’t offer a relocation package and/or working visa.
        • You have working English and Spanish proficiency.
        • We will be helping you to grow, so don't worry if you don't check all the boxes!

      The hiring process

      This is how the usual hiring process looks like:

      1. You send us your resume, cover letter, etc.
      2. A chat with our Head of People, Mireia Barón.
      3. A meeting with our Head of Marketing, Daniela Carranza.
      4. Optionally, any other meeting you or us might need to clarify any pending questions.
      5. We send you an offer.

      We expect a few days to pass between each step. We aim for a process as short as one week and never longer than one month.
