About the role 💼

As a Junior Custodian Relationship Manager (CRM), you will play a key role in ensuring that custodian data connections (“credentials” or “data feeds”) are activated on time and maintained with high quality standards. You’ll liaise with custodian contacts (often in French and English), track activation processes, perform basic data checks, and support the team in scaling our custodian network.

This is an entry-level position designed to grow into a specialised career path within Flanks, combining relationship management, technical coordination, and process optimisation.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here’s what you can expect to work on:

  • Custodian Communication: Manage day-to-day communications with custodian contacts in French and English (and some Spanish is a plus), ensuring timely responses and escalation when needed.

  • Credential Activation: Execute activation checklists, record progress in internal tools (e.g., JIRA, Pipedrive and more), and track lead times to ensure data feeds go live within deadlines.

  • Data Quality Checks: Perform basic validation of custodian data (format, completeness, minimum required fields) and escalate discrepancies.

  • Process Discipline: Follow established workflows, document evidence, and ensure compliance with internal SLAs and traceability requirements.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Tech, Product) to resolve issues and support smooth integrations.

What we'd love to see 😍

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes, templates, and ticketing/task management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment 🗣️.
