About the role πΌ
As an Account Manager β French-speaking at Flanks, you will manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking clients and other global markets, playing a key role in driving customer success and long-term value. Sitting within the Customer Success team and reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, this role offers strong exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of the business, working closely with Tech, Product, country managers, and account executives. You will work directly with senior stakeholders β CEOs, COOs, and Wealth Management Directors β gaining a deep understanding of our international clients and their business needs.
What you'll do π οΈ
Here's what you can expect to work on:
Lead client onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a smooth start and helping clients expand coverage and unlock data insights post-implementation.
Own key success metrics β product adoption, support performance, renewals, and customer satisfaction β and take full accountability for the outcomes in your portfolio.
Run Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations that help clients get more value from Flanks.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue within your accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, delivering high-quality, responsive support (~50% of the role) on operational and product-related topics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, and Sales to represent client needs internally and drive continuous service improvements.
What we'd love to see π
3β5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role β Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (C-suite, directors) β you can build trust quickly, hold a room, and push back when needed.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients.
Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently without losing quality.
Proactive and structured problem-solver β you anticipate issues before they escalate and stay calm under pressure.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or IT preferred.
Language Proficiency: Native-level French and fluent English required. Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Scandinavian) are a plus π£οΈ.
