As our Head of Growth Marketing (f/m/d) you will be responsible for maintaining and accelerating Getsafe’s customer growth among European millennials. Based on your sound commercial understanding and analysis of available data, you and your cross functional team efficiently manage our performance marketing channels (SEM, SEA, SMM, Display etc), further develop strategic growth initiatives (organic, community, partner, product led), as well as oversee our lifecycle CRM activities.

  • You are responsible for our customer acquisition strategy and budgets across all performance channels. Together with our team you will drive new customer volume by increasing Getsafe’s visibility across several stages of the insurance buying journey.
  • You will be leading functional teams focussed on performance marketing and CRM.
  • You will lead a cross functional growth team primarily focussed on scaling our customer growth but also working on further growth opportunities (eg activation or monetization).
  • You will harness insights generated from audience segment research and performance marketing data to guide creative and channel strategy.
  • You will own our audience targeting, paid acquisition, copy, landing page experience and buying funnels, turning a visitor into a first time customer.
  • You will manage multi-product/market/channel acquisition setups and use your growth playbook to drive innovation and efficiencies (ROAS, CLV etc).
  • With a strong sense of leadership, you will enable the team and take performance marketing at Getsafe to the next level.
  • You always put the customer first and will guide our CRM team to strategies and tactics that lead to high retention, high satisfaction and opportunities for further policy sales.
  • You understand metrics / commercials of all channels and strive to improve them continuously.
  • You work closely with product, design, data and other teams to drive full funnel marketing success from the first touchpoint to the eventual conversion.


  • You have a minimum of 6 years experience in growth / performance marketing (incl. at least 2 years in a leadership position) gained in the digital sector.
  • You love leading and know how to enable as well as develop team members.
  • You love to set and own ambitious growth targets.
  • You are obsessed with data and dashboards and role model a data-driven marketing approach.
  • You deeply understand marketing channels and how to set up successful campaigns especially in the paid search and paid social media space
  • You are hands-on and detail oriented.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial and result-oriented working style, which is not only highly analytical, but also creative and practical
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
