YOUR MISSION:

As a customer advisor in sales at Getsafe, you are the first contact on the phone for our customers and you convince with your friendly and winning demeanour on the phone:

  • You play a crucial role at our customer interface and inspire our customers for our concept and our service
  • You guide our customers through our digital process on the phone, clarify open questions and identify gaps in the current security
  • You arrange consultation appointments for our customer advisors so that our customers are optimally protected in their individual phases of life
  • You bring your own ideas for the strategic development of the team and shape the future of digital and demand-oriented consulting together with us

YOU ARE THAT:

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally in the area of ​​insurance / finance / banking or further training in the areas
  • You are strong in communication and look forward to every conversation in which you can support our customers in securing themselves in the best possible way
  • You enjoy innovative digital sales structures and would like to rethink insurance sales with us
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in customer contact, but this is not a must have - mindset counts for us, previous experience in the insurance industry is not necessary
  • You speak fluent English
