WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for streamlining our sales processes and aligning them with the requirements of our cooperation partners. Your core responsibilities are quality assurance of submitted business, customer retention management and commissioning of insurance policies.

YOUR MISSION:

  • You will support the underwriting process for protection insurance solutions in close coordination with our sales consulting team
  • You lead the sales governance process and support the sales team in taking deals through external approvals
  • You play a central role in retaining our protection insurance customers and coordinate retention management with the sales leadership
  • You coordinate the commissioning processes between our sales agents, finance department and external partners
  • You develop strong relationships with the UK sales team and your equivalents in German Sales Operations team

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a great understanding of the protection insurance market in the UK (minimum of 2 years experience)
  • You have a forward-looking way of working, which is characterized by a very high degree of reliability and initiative
  • You possess a strong attention to detail, as precision and accuracy are paramount
  • You have analytical and pragmatic skills that allow you to quickly understand digital products and the underlying business processes
  • You are a strong communicator and team-oriented personality
  • You like the start-up mentality and the dynamics in a company
