WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a driven Junior Talent Acquisition Partner who will work closely with our People and Sales Leadership Team to build a world-class Sales function. Your stakeholders are extremely high-paced, data-driven, and empathetic, and they want to empower you with a great balance of ownership and support.
YOUR MISSION:
- Identify, engage and inspire the right sales talent – you’re a natural and have a keen eye for great talent
- Become a committed ambassador for Getsafe and actively shape the perception of our employer brand
- Lead and manage entire recruiting processes end-to-end (screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing offers) and make balanced hiring decisions
- Proactively drive process improvements that directly impact our recruiting effectiveness
- Partner with hiring managers to develop creative high volume sales recruiting strategies
- Ensure the best candidate experience possible – you know what candidates expect and exceed their experience expectations.
- Analyse data and create relevant reporting to ensure the best hiring decisions
ABOUT YOU:
- You have first experience working in a people or sales team
- You are excited to learn in close collaboration with our sales and people leadership team while taking over a lot of ownership
- You intrinsic drive to build candidate pipelines to meet and exceed hiring targets
- Strong communication skills in German and English
