As Strategy Associate to the CGO (f/m/d) you will be working on supporting the incredible growth team at HIVE and helping coordinate cross-functional projects across our global growth teams, located in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Additionally, you will be supporting our Chief Growth Officer, with strategic and administrative tasks along with strategic planning and executive work.

  • Dynamic and Impactful Role: As Strategy Associate to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be at the heart of driving and supporting the growth function, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development & Account Management. Your will be facilitating and testing new strategic initiatives, improving current processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's success. Additionally you are responsible for the enablement of the CGO, by supporting him in his day to day tasks.

  • Global Collaboration: You'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with global growth teams based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.

  • A look behind the curtain: Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, you will gain invaluable exposure to the inner works of one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Germany.

Your profile

  • Business or related Background: You have a very strong background in business, management, or a related field, with experience in consulting, project management, or executive support roles (preferred >2 years, but you can also come from a great university)

  • Strategic & analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives.

  • Problem-Solving Skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, able to anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details necessary in executive work.

  • Language Proficiency & communication skills: Exceptional communication skills in English are required, and additional fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the role.

  • Enthusiasm for Sales & Marketing: Preferably you have a background in sales & marketing (studies or practical experience) or a strong passion for growth.
