The position
Ready to elevate your career? We're seeking dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to propel our hyper-growth journey at Hive. As an SDR, you won't just join a team; you'll be a vital force, accelerating our expansion into the UK (German/Italian/etc.) market.
Your Mission: Identify and qualify prospective clients while shaping the cutting-edge processes that define our SDR success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outbound and inbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities
  • Take ownership and qualify leads by understanding their logistics needs, challenges, and potential for collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Growth team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
  • Utilize innovative strategies to engage and educate prospects about Hive’s offering
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
Your profile
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Winner mentality, you want to help us win and reshape logistics landscape
  • You are native to German and can speak English
  • You are based in Berlin, or willing to relocate
  • You have sales experience, preferred but not required
  • You are ready to start as soon as possible
