Your Mission: Identify and qualify prospective clients while shaping the cutting-edge processes that define our SDR success.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound and inbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities
- Take ownership and qualify leads by understanding their logistics needs, challenges, and potential for collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the broader Growth team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Utilize innovative strategies to engage and educate prospects about Hive’s offering
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
