The position

In this exciting new role, you will grow and strengthen Hive’s position in the commerce ecosystem with content, partnerships, and events. We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and creative individual to support our Growth Team in our centrally located Berlin office.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Generate maximum impact by driving Hive’s inbound leads from organic sources and referrals

  • Ideate, create, and optimize the performance of blog articles and data-driven success stories about how brands use the Hive product and invent new ways of how we can become the most exciting, fun thought leader in our space

  • Work with local teams to organize amazing events, fairs, and other outstanding networking opportunities to win referrals and create lasting impressions with our customers

  • Manage SEO ensuring Hive ranks strongly in all markets with positive user reviews and a great user experience, to excite about our brand

  • Identify, hunt and collaborate with partners for Hive to ensure a constant stream of referrals

Your profile

  • Motivation: You’re a self-starter who’s willing to bring big ideas to the table backed up by data and you want to not just be a marketeer, but THE marketeer

  • Writing skills: You love writing bold, exciting copy, and have an analytical mindset when it comes to content and SEO; it’s about driving impact!

  • Performance mindset: You are data-driven and have experience monitoring metrics to measure performance. You want to rethink and reinvent B2B marketing tactics to drive high performance.

  • Team player: You have excellent stakeholder management skills – you’ll be working cross functionally with teams internally and with external partners

  • Multi-tasker: You thrive in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment handling multiple projects at once

  • Communication: Excellent English skills and another European language is a bonus
