The position

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you’ll be working on supporting the UK growth team based in our London office. As part of this role, you will:

  • Own the entire upper funnel and create new opportunities with thriving D2C brands.

  • Deliver demo presentations to prospects, negotiate and close deals independently.

  • Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks.

  • Take a consultative approach to a customers needs.

  • Build and iterate the Hive pitch to articulate the value proposition of the company.

  • Analyse new target customer segments and launch growth initiatives.

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial spirit to build a fast growing VC-backed company in a new market and reshape the logistics industry.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

  • Curiosity to dive deeper into e-commerce operations and go above-and-beyond to solve customer pain points

  • Reliable team player with a goal-oriented way of working - there’s nothing wrong with being competitive!

  • min. 1-2 years of professional experience in business development or sales

  • Hubspot experience is a plus.
