The position

As Senior (Supplier) Partnership Manager you will be based in either the Milan, Madrid, or Berlin office at Hive. As part of this role, you will:

  • Closely work with our Spanish and Italian market teams to evaluate and improve our operational value offering

  • Collect, analyze, and prepare the prices of our suppliers for fulfillment services

  • Negotiate rates, service levels, and track performance KPIs

  • Take over responsibility for P&L management

  • Spearhead relationship management with our business partners

You’ll be in charge of building a competitive operational offering in Southern Europe for Hive! Ensure our customer’s happiness by closely managing our relations with business partners & supplier. This position has significant degrees of freedom to shape the vision of Hive’s partner program. Our Hive & the world is your stage!

Your profile

  • Enthusiasm to expand Hive’s European footprint and iterate our value proposition for Spanish and Italian customers

  • Data-driven decision-maker, SQL skills are a plus

  • Empathetic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality

  • Curiosity to dive deep into partner relations, e-commerce operations, and build market knowledge. Exposure to logistics and knowledge of the e-commerce industry strongly preferred

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Spanish/ Italian native, as well as fluent business English skills

  • Willingness to travel

The role of Strategic Partnership Manager (Fulfillment) at Hive offers you to build on your toolkit of creating and leveraging business relationships, as well as building skills in the negotiation of big-ticket contracts. You’ll become an expert at analyzing profit and loss statements and dive into pricing mechanisms in complex deal structures.
