The position

As Site Lead, you will be working on leading and scaling our French Fulfillment Center, Near Paris. As part of this role, you will:

  • Lead our first international fulfillment center near Paris, France

  • P&L and operational responsibility for the entire fulfillment center

  • Help us to set and meet our operations goals, to ensure high quality for our customers

  • Scale the FC with a 100% annual growth rate and the launch of new verticals

  • Drive process improvements together with our operations, product & tech team

  • Scale operations of Hive as a core member of the Ops leadership team

Your profile

  • Enthusiasm to build an early-stage VC-backed company and reshape D2C e-commerce fulfillment

  • 5+ years experience leading larger teams, preferably in a fulfillment environment

  • Relentless drive and hands-on entrepreneurial mentality

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Language: Fluent French and fluent English skills
