As Site Lead, you will be working on leading and scaling our French Fulfillment Center, Near Paris. As part of this role, you will:
Lead our first international fulfillment center near Paris, France
P&L and operational responsibility for the entire fulfillment center
Help us to set and meet our operations goals, to ensure high quality for our customers
Scale the FC with a 100% annual growth rate and the launch of new verticals
Drive process improvements together with our operations, product & tech team
Scale operations of Hive as a core member of the Ops leadership team
