The position

As Junior Account manager, you will be working with our UK customers, based in our centrally located London office. As part of this role, you will:

  • Consult our e-commerce brand customers on their growth journey, discover optimization levers, or prepare new product launches and market entries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base by serving as the connecting element between our customers and the Hive team; identify all relevant stakeholders & be in constant exchange with all decision makers
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with our product team to ensure we develop the best, most customer-centric software product in the market and thereby enable our customers to reach their goals
  • Onboard new customers into the Hive software and processes together with our Onboarding team and make the first experience with Hive as one of the best that customers will not forget
  • Join an international account management team across UK and EU, and help some of the world’s fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands with their international expansion
Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial spirit to build a fast growing VC-backed company in a new market and reshape the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong analytical as well as empathic abilities to leverage in your communication towards customers
  • You love the responsibility of being the face of Hive towards our customers and the point of intersection between internal and external stakeholders - from logistics to tech
  • min. 1-2 years of professional experience in B2B account management, customer success, sales or business development
