The position

As Junior Business Development Manager, you will be working on supporting the French growth team based in our centrally located Paris office. As part of this role, you will:

  • Handle SMBs leads from discovery to closing.

  • Build and iterate the Hive pitch to articulate the value proposition of the company.

  • Manage the leads pipeline via our CRM.

  • Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks.

  • Collaborate with the central workstream on lead generation, scoring, activation and qualification.

  • Bring customer knowledge directly and cleanly from calls to our internal teams, in order to announce customer-centricity and to live it.

The role of BDM is a fundamental toolkit to develop your sales capacity and work on building relationships for future business development or entrepreneurship experiences.

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality

  • Language: Native French and conversational English skills
