The position
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all times
  • Develop and implement Hive’s recruiting strategy to attract and recruit exceptional talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs, and actively take ownership in improving internal processes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, by working on inbound initiatives around employer branding and on outbound outreaches
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring to ensure a great candidate experience

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast growth start-up
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and departments.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, KPIs and best practices as well as a basic understanding in employment laws related to hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language. German or another European language is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
