The position
As our VP People (f/m/d), you will ensure that Hive is both a high-performing team and a caring, supportive employer. This role includes ownership of all people functions, including business partnering, people ops, office management and talent acquisition. With your team of initially 5-10 members, you will shape and grow Hive exponentially.
- Dynamic and Impactful Role: As VP People you drive how well our team collaborates, grows and thrives. You can have an impact on 300+ current Hive team members plus many more who will join Hive.
- Global Role: You'll have the unique opportunity to coordinate our people efforts across our teams based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK, ensuring our people strategy translates to each location while remaining compliant with local employment laws.
- A lot of ownership: You own and shape all things people at Hive will have the opportunity to strongly influence how our team works, based on your expertise and experience, also as trusted advisor to our C-level.
