The position
If you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you!

For our partner fulfillment center in Norringham, we are looking for a team member who wants to join the Operations Team:

  • You will support the partner fulfillment team in our first UK FC on a daily basis to solve problems and perform special fulfillment tasks
  • You will act as a liaison between Hive's HQ in Berlin and the local operations at our partner's fulfillment center in Nottingham (UK)
  • You will train the team on our Hive fulfillment processes and new product features when they get rolled out
  • Together with onboarding management, you will launch new merchants
  • You are key to scaling Hive partner operations while ensuring process quality

  • You are an excellent relationship builder, both with internal but also with external stakeholders
  • You are an all-rounder who feels comfortable juggling different priorities and deadlines
  • You go the extra mile to propose process & product improvements to make our partner operations as smooth as possible
  • You are able to perform tasks independently
  • You are a great communicator
  • You have a great feeling for SLAs and understand number-driven operations
  • You have experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes (B2C and B2B), preferably from a large marketplace operator
  • You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom
