Impact-Driven Role: As the Team Lead of Account Management France, you will be leading the Account Managers in their role as the strategic point of contact for our partner brands. Your role will involve supporting the team in achieving the country's revenue targets while leveling up our customer satisfaction.

Your profile

Your expertise in relationship management, project management, and sales will be crucial in meeting targets and fostering brand loyalty.

  • Leadership and Account Management Experience: You have 5-7 years of experience and a demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding your targets.

  • Impeccable communication skills: You are comfortable talking to stakeholders of various backgrounds orally and in writing. You know how to leverage data and knowledge to focus on actionable insights.

  • Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, able to anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details to achieve customer excellence. You need to be passionate about leveling up our customers.

  • Reliable team player with a goal-oriented mindset - there’s nothing wrong with being competitive!

  • Strategic & analytical mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities, analyze improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives.

  • Native French and Fluency in English are mandatory for this position.
