In this role, you will:

• Create a positive and productive workplace by managing office facilities, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to enable a clean, safe, and functional office space.

• Develop and implement initiatives that promote a vibrant workplace culture, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall satisfaction.

• Organize and execute team events and office celebrations that bring our team together and foster connection.

• Support the employee onboarding workflow by preparing welcome boxes, giving new hires an office tour, and helping them feel at home from day one.

• Contribute your ideas to make our office more engaging and efficient!

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude that contributes to a friendly and inclusive office atmosphere.

• A hands-on approach with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and solve problems efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring everything stays organized and runs smoothly.

• Previous experience in office management, hospitality, or a similar field.

• Fluent English and at least B2 level German proficiency.
