As an Operations Analyst, you will be working on the Customer Operations team based in the Berlin office. You have scope to grow in the Customer Operations team and learn how to build processes. As part of this role, you will have:
A high level of ownership and the opportunity to define our processes to meet our company goals and identify further improvement areas in our offering
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, provide insights into process gaps
Get stuck into the analysis of Hive’s processes to identify improvement opportunities
Create and maintain operational dashboards for key stakeholders,, monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ), and provide regular updates.
Clear and fast response to the operational teams in busy times and peak periods, supporting our Operations team across Europe and the UK
Close cooperation with the Product, Tech, and Fulfillment Teams to problem-solve issues, identify patterns, build business cases, and prioritize them, ensuring our customers have a smooth resolution
A high degree of responsibility for your projects, owning your results, deliverables, and their successful implementation
Involve yourself in the daily tasks of Customer Operations like incidents and problem management, quality initiatives, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the Central Operations team and ensure clean data availability.
Support the process engineers while driving change management with thorough documentation
Hone in on a range of skills that make you a generalist: project management, analytics, stakeholder management, problem-solving
Be ahead of trends in the logistics industry and apply them to daily operations at Hive.
