Create impact: The Business Development Lead will be responsible for:
Driving the growth of Hive by identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that expand the company’s customer base, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify areas for business development.
Identifying potential clients and partners, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management.
Leading negotiations and closing deals.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to create marketing campaigns and product offerings that align with business development goals.
Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers to reach the company’s goals.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. The Business Development Lead will work closely with senior management, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve the business objectives.
