The position
If you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you! We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager to join our central RevOps team based in Berlin.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards used by our Growth leadership team to track KPIs and performance trends.
- Work closely with our CRM to ensure stable processes and accurate data entry, enabling clean, actionable analytics.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights to various teams to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Account Management) to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
- Support enablement efforts by increasing data literacy across the Growth organization through documentation, training, and user-friendly tools.
- Help implement and scale tooling and automation that improve data flow and reporting efficiency.
Your Profile
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role; Master’s degree in Analytics or a related field is a strong plus.
- Mindset: Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset; Eager to challenge existing processes and bring positive change — not afraid to ask “why”; Curious, self-motivated, and energized by continuous improvement.
- Hard Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL and CRM systems; Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions; A proactive learner who is eager to grow and take on new challenges.
