At HiveMQ we are currently in a stage of hyper growth and we’re searching for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. We are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Salesforce Administrator that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Monitor user adoption
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • User support tickets
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • User training and creating training materials
  • Observing and actively improving our data quality
  • Implementation of third party tools with Salesforce

You have…

  • Several years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
  • Training users and internal team-members and creating training materials

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of salesforce admin in a fast-paced technology startup environment
  • Past experience includes Sales support, HubSpot support, or sales operations
