HiveMQ’s vision for this role

HiveMQ is seeking a self-driven, analytical, and creative Demand Generation Manager who will develop and execute engaging multi-channel ABM campaigns and nurture prospects with our webinar program. Your objective will be to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their new customer acquisition and revenue targets. You will be expected to be highly data-driven. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to define and instrument the customer journey, and determine how best to engage prospects through the funnel.

You will…

  • Develop, implement, and measure ABM programs to generate and accelerate pipeline for global target accounts
  • Own the strategy and execution of our webinar program with the goal of generating direct and influenced sales pipeline
  • Work with the SDR team to continually create, refine, and evaluate sequences that drive qualified pipeline
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure they are executed on time, from scheduling to design, content production, and implementation
  • Test and optimize new approaches to improve campaign performance and ROI

You have…

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Proven experience driving results, optimizing through data and industry best practices
  • Experience building, launching, and maintaining ABM/ABX campaigns and target account programs
  • Strong program management skills, highly organized, and a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience with Hubspot (or Marketo) and Salesforce (required)
