What You’ll Do:
- Handle all administrative aspects of the US onboarding process, including contracts, outreach, travel coordination, presentations, and employment verification
- Oversee employee lifecycle changes within Inkitt’s HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Cultivate a supportive and engaged workforce by, welcoming new joiners, conducting regular feedback calls, launching surveys and implementing any other employee health strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment and benefit laws/regulations with legal counsel if necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leaves of absence, and time off
- Design and oversee Inkitt’s US benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, 401k) in collaboration with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a people operations role, HR role, or similar, in a small fast paced environment. Bonus if you had experience with HR compliance and regulation
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Familiarity with Rippling or any other similar tools

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000—$120,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
