What You'll Do:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (ideally TikTok/IG forward).
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, memes, and cultural moments within social media, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Platform Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches.
- Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive community by engaging with followers, encouraging user-generated content, and hosting live events or Q&A sessions.
- Analytics: Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of content, understand audience preferences, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
Who You Are:
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with a portfolio of content that demonstrates originality, innovation, and engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms, content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), video editing software, and copyrighting. Understanding of social media metrics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and relatable content.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000—$65,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
