What You'll Do:
- Script Development: Read books and provide insightful notes on script adaptations, ensuring fidelity to the source material while enhancing narrative and character development
- Vision Realization: Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and producers to see the creative vision come to life, maintaining the integrity of the story and characters
- Production Oversight: Participate in set visits to monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the creative vision
- Post-Production: Review and provide constructive feedback on cuts of the project, guiding the editing process to achieve the desired emotional impact and narrative flow
- Project Management: Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring all elements are completed on time and meet the company’s high standards
- Collaboration: Work with producers and other team members to coordinate various aspects of production, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a creative development role within the film or television industry, with a focus on romance genres
- Knowledge: Familiarity with vertical romance series and a strong love for romance stories
- Skills: Excellent reading, analytical, and note-giving skills. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams
- Passion: A deep passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of what makes romance narratives resonate with audiences

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000—$120,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
