What You'll Do:
- Lead all the operational work for all our productions for GalateaTV - overseeing all aspects of the production process ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget and aligned with the teams expectations
- Work closely with external production partners and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet GTV standards
- Negotiate deals with external production companies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and apply them to enhance production processes and workflows
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on production progress, challenges, and solutions
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience managing the pre-production planning to post-production
- Able to manage a high volume flow of assets and information between internal and external teams
- Exceptional Organizational Abilities in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, with a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth production workflows
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive and strategic solutions to keep projects on track
- A creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and collaboration, in alignment with our company values
