Your Mission

Join our dynamic Talent Team and play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations and initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth administrative processes and enhancing our onboarding efforts. More specifically, you will:

• Support the Talent Team in all administrative and operational tasks (e.g., creating work confirmations, contract amendments, letters of reference)
• Assist in planning the global New Joiner Onboarding program to ensure every new hire is introduced to the company product, policies, values, and vision across all locations
• Act as the direct contact person for our student population at Isar Aerospace
• Maintain and administer employee data in their files and in our HRM tool (Hi-Bob)

Who you are and what you have

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or comparable fields of study
• First experience in Project Management, HR, or a related field, either as an intern or working student
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Fluent in German
• Experience with HRM tools like Hi-Bob
